SPS Emergency Response and investigators are currently on scene at a Venetian Boulevard hotel. This incident has concluded, and there is no ongoing safety concern in that area. Please avoid the area while our officers complete their work.

This follows an earlier SPS warrant ex*****on and ERT deployment in the 300 block of Indian Road N at 7am. Police presence has concluded at that location.

These warrants are related to the murder of Dane Nisbet. The arrest warrant for Kyaw “Chin” DOE remains outstanding (not yet in custody).
