You can be eating all the “right” things… and still not feel right.
It’s not always about what’s on your plate.
Picture this…
You’re getting dinner on the table, kids need to be out the door for activities, you’re rushing to eat a few bites in between everything else… and then you’re off again.
The food might be great.
But your body never really got the signal to slow down and process it.
Digestion isn’t just about what you eat.
It’s also about the state your body is in when you eat it.
If you’re rushing, distracted, or eating on the go… digestion may not be operating at its best.
That doesn’t mean anything is “wrong.”
It might just mean your body needed a moment you didn’t have.
Sometimes the simplest place to start isn’t changing your food…
it’s changing the space you give your body to process it.
