If you could pick your favorite and least favorite aspect of civil construction what would it be?

For ABS management our favorite is the work and effort that goes into underground infrastructure that 90% of people have no idea about

And our least favorite is employee turn over - it’s a busy industry in the summer and people like to try to find that greener grass by jumping around and that’s cool but there’s a huge respect for loyalty and sticking around that many will never see the benefits of

Biggest recommendation- find a company you enjoy and stick around for 5-10+ years you will be shocked at the loyalty they also offer you 👍🏼
