Creating safer workplaces means considering the health and well-being of workers at every stage of life.

We were proud to contribute to this important discussion at the ISSA Mining Safety Conference, exploring how workplace exposures, risk assessments, accommodations, and workplace culture can impact reproductive health. The conversation reinforced a key principle: effective safety management focuses on controlling hazards while supporting workers throughout all stages of life.
