Waterlines installed in an exterior wall ! Not a good idea and the owner has to deal with the consequences!

A little project I was at today. This is how the tubs were refinished. Another quality contractor I think.
I’m changing out the counter tops, sinks etc because of the same type of work done.
Yes the original contractor isn’t coming back.
There are 3 units all done like this !
Not much you can say !!
