We believe in the power of cathartic expression. Each of us has overcome extraordinary obstacles… not unlike yourself! This is an outside-the-box kind of place where everyone fits in and our goal is to bring you a great experience, whatever your reason for stopping by. Smash Therapy is the place to go when you want to let loose and break some stuff. Maybe that unbearable person in your life is eve

n worse than usual lately. Maybe your beautiful children are driving you up the wall despite your very best attempts to stay patient and kind! Or maybe you just got dumped. Come smash some of that tension away in a private room while listening to some tunes and getting a little sweat on. (13+ with parent/guardian involvement for those 13-15 years of age)
All of life’s frustrations aside…Smash Therapy is a hell of a good time! We are also thrilled to be offering this new venue for small groups celebrating special occasions including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, office parties and date nights. We clean up the mess while you cool down and rehydrate in the lounge.

Did you know we have a Kid's Smash package for 10-15 year olds. Two kids get a computer keyboard each, another medium electronic, a bucket of old glassware and a car panel - all for $70. Got just one kid? Book in the Single Sw***er.

Adult supervision required - join in the fun at no extra cost. Want more stuff?? we have a ton of TVs in right now for $25-$40. Windshields, glass and printers too.

Honestly, every parent who has come through has had no regrets after watching their kid blow off steam and regain some personal power.

We source items destined for the trash, but give them one final use first.

A ton of items are diverted from the landfill to one of the local recycle centers - electronics, scrap metal, appliances and their cords, etc

We don't break things that can only be recycled in their whole state, like food jars and beer bottles.

Because of our partners we are proud to deliver a truly guilt-free experience! ♻️
