DEFSEC Atlantic 2026 has been off to a great start!

Tom Foster and Robin Welch Foster have been connecting with defence primes, industry partners, and government representatives to explore how IMM's advanced manufacturing, machining, fabrication, and repair capabilities can support Canada's defence supply chain.

We're looking forward to more conversations, new partnerships, and opportunities to contribute to defence readiness through Canadian manufacturing.

IMM underwent an audit of our health and safety management systems back in August. This audit gave us a chance to highlight these values and showcase their importance to what we do and who we are at IMM.

After reviews of our documentation, site observations, and employee/management interviews. The following feedback was given to IMM.

We are very proud to hold ourselves to high standards of health and safety in the workplace for our employees. The feedback from the Audit reflected this, and shows how IMM continues to be a workplace that holds to the core values of Safety, Quality and Productivity.
