Yesterday was an exciting day with a new member and 2 renewals!

Susan McDonald at Transformational Change is our Mindset Coach in the chapter.

Deanna Fahlman from Artfully Designed Wellness made us breathe easy by renewing her membership.
Mark Po**en from Funky Moose Digital also added another year to his BNI membership.

Scotty Butcher held his feature presentation, teaching about his physiotherapy practice, Susan, in her first week, took the notable networker award and Felicia was awarded the Dundee award for best weekly presentation.

Today was a special meeting. After months of having no president, Terry and Miranda, who have been holding down the fort brilliantly, handed their torch over (literally) to our new president: Scotty Butcher!

Grant was awarded the Dundee award for best weekly presentation.
Mark took over the Notable Networker award from Debbie.
Somto introduced STEM Lantern to the chapter for the first time during his feature presentation!

It was an exciting new meeting today with a few visitors, some banter around who's _actually_ going to win our "Not quite bingo challenge" and a new member!

Felicia Fox from Food with Felicia Fox now holds the Food Services seat in our chapter.

While Carter educated on the wealth management and financial planning services they provide,
Miranda handed the Dundee award to Adhya for best weekly presentation.
Grant handed the Notable Networker trophy to Debbie.
Somto had a Slam Dunk this week for "ticking all the boxes".

We ghad some very special guests attending our meeting today. They were one of the reasons Miranda won the Dundee for best presentation, while Grant took over the Notable Networker award from Deanna.
Tanner explained what he does as a lawyer ad who he's looking for (spoiler: It's small business owners that may need to make sense of a contract they're about to sign.)

It was the Barb and Rafal show today at BNI Living Skies!

We celebrated Rafal for renewing his membership - a testament to how BNI is changing businesses and lives for the better! He also explained his business history to us during his feature presentation.
Barb brought not one but 3 visitors, won the Dundee (for rhyming her weekly presentation) and had a slam dunk!
Deanna was our Notable Networker this week and Carter completed his Passport to Success!

What an amazing visitor day today! The enthusiasm was palpable - you could feel visitors leaning in from the first handshake.

Aside from our weekly awards, we also had a panel discussion about how BNI has impacted some of our members' businesses.

What a week we've had!
We had another member renewed: Dilpreet from Railway Gas and Convenience. He also did his feature presentation on what the store has to offer (spoiler: cheap gas and great snacks.. and fireworks!).
Somto was the first of the new members to complete his "Passport to Success", which meant he won the new member competition.
Susan stepped in for Anna to hand Caleb the Dundee award for best weekly presentation and Shawn handed the trophy for Notable Networker to Jedi Master Scotty!

Another exciting BNI meeting today! We had some visitors and our lovely Director Consultant Sherry renewed, so she'll be coaching us for another year!

Shawn was the Notable Networker for the 3rd time!
Anna had the most specific weekly presentation and won the Dundee Award.

We love recognition at BNI Living Skies and this week, our lovely Regional Director, Karen Lockhart-Davies handed out several awards to our members:

Scotty Butcher (Mind Body Strength) - Fast Track to 100
Rafal Kosciuszkiewicz (365 Construction) - Excellence in Learning
Mark Po**en (Funky Moose Digital) - Visitor Champion
Terry Garrett McGregor Financial) - Master Connector

We also had our "normal order of business" where Deanna (Artfully Designed Wellness) won the Dundee Award for best weekly presentation and Trey (Scotiabank) won the Notable Networker Award.

We have 2 new members!
Welcome to the team,
Richard Kolla from Kolla Technologies. He now holds the IT seat, and
Stephan Steinbichler from Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Saskatoon, obviously in the plumber seat.

We also want to give a special shout-out to Terry Garrett for keeping our chapter humming smoothly.

We had a closed meeting, for which we used the opportunity to celebrate our "million dollar chapter" with a catered breakfast.
