It seems that changing your old soffits out for black is a nice simple upgrade to your house. Here’s a few examples we did this summer switching out to black and installing black capping around man doors and garage doors. One example shows that we only changed the facia and left the soffits, looks great! Another has new white soffit and black facia, looks great and one has black facia and soffits changed which looks amazing. So make your decision on the soffits, but black facia is definitely the best colour choice to go with in my opinion!

A guy decided that only kicking in one door wasn’t enough, he figured a second door would be fun also. It’s amazing how tiny of screws were used to secure the lock in this door. Added some longer screws and a little extra pine boards to help slow them down. Stay safe people.
