This week, we welcomed Emily Cormier, Sustainability Lead at the City of Sault Ste. Marie, to our facility for a tour of the mill and a meeting with our Environment team.

The visit stemmed from a recent roundtable discussion, “The New Bottom Line: Building a Resilient Low‑Carbon Economy,” where Emily connected with Gianluca Greco, Health, Safety, and Environment Director for Tenaris in Canada. Hosted by The City of Sault Ste. Marie's Environmental Sustainability Committee, the event brought local leaders together with Dr. Bruce Lourie to exchange ideas on climate action, sustainability, and the role businesses play in building a resilient, low‑carbon future.

Building on that conversation, Emily's visit provided an opportunity to continue the dialogue and explore how collaboration can drive meaningful progress at the local level, reflecting on Tenaris’s commitment to reducing our environmental footprint in the communities where we operate.

We are always happy to welcome visitors to our industrial centre and share how we are working toward a more sustainable future together.

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month in Canada, we continue to focus on supporting a healthy workplace. Members of our Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC), Human Resources, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) teams completed Mental Health First Aid training this month with Kickstart Mental Health .

This training helps our teams better recognize and respond to mental health challenges at work and support one another.

Additionally, our Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provider, Kii Health, hosted mental health webinars across Canada covering available resources, how employees and their dependents can access support, and when and how to seek help proactively.

On Saturday, May 23, team members from our Grande Prairie and Fort St. John service centres gathered at the Delta Hotels By Marriott Grande Prairie Airport for the spring “break-up" celebration, a period when drilling operations typically slow down as the ground begins to thaw.

The evening featured dinner, casino style games provided by In The Zone Party Rentals, a 360-photo booth, and music from FLIP Entertainment . We also provided complimentary transportation through Apple Cabs to ensure safe and fun celebrations for all.

It was a great opportunity to connect, unwind, and celebrate together. Thank you to everyone who attended and made the evening a success! 🎉

Last week we announced a more than $300 million CAD joint investment, alongside the federal and Ontario governments, to strengthen our domestic manufacturing of high-quality pipes for Canada’s energy industry—generating up to 200 new, skilled jobs in Sault Ste. Marie. This video recaps the formal announcement held on site where employees heard from Tenaris's Canadian President, Martín Castro, and the government leaders who joined us for the milestone event.

In Canada, energy connects us — and so do the people who help power it every day.

Over the past five years, Tenaris has invested nearly $315 million CAD in Canadian manufacturing, strengthening everything from pipe production to service centres and R&D capabilities. Today, we are proud to build on that momentum with a landmark $306 million CAD joint investment alongside the federal and Ontario governments.

This investment will help strengthen Canada’s steel and energy supply chain by increasing domestic manufacturing capacity for high-quality pipe products used in energy projects across the country.

We are grateful to our federal, provincial and municipal partners for their collaboration and support, and are especially proud of our people in Sault Ste. Marie and across Canada whose hard work, expertise and dedication continue to drive Tenaris forward every day.

Energy connects us, and partnerships sustain us.

Last week in Calgary, our team welcomed a record turnout from across the energy sector for our annual Customer Appreciation Event at Owen’s Landing.

The gathering brought together our commercial, technical sales, and supply chain teams with operators for an afternoon celebrating the relationships that drive our industry forward. It was fantastic to connect face-to-face, hand out some door prizes, and catch up with so many familiar faces.

Thank you to everyone who made this possible!
