😷 How do I care for my mask?

All Mask House Co. masks are reusable and pre-washed prior to construction but we recommend you wash your masks before use.

😷 How often should I wash my mask?

It’s important to clean your mask after each use. This can be done by using the gentle cycle on your washing machine or carefully washing by hand using warm, soapy water.
After washing, dry your mask in your dryer on high heat. If you don’t have a dryer, you can hang your mask up to dry. Our masks are pre-washed so will not shrink!
Make sure that you remove and dispose of the filter before washing your mask. After your mask has completely dried, place a new filter into it.

😷 Do I need a filter for my mask?

Your mask has two layers of 100% cotton and a polyester pocket to hold a filter. Adding a filter to your face mask may offer extra protection but please only use filters recommended by the CDC and Public Health Agency of Canada. Note mask filter does not come with purchase.

😷 What proceeds will be donated to ?

For every 200 masks sold, $120 will be donated to Isthmus Canada, which is equivalent to one child being fed for the entire school year. Hunger doesn't take weekends off. Hunger doesn't take pandemics off. Let's help feed the future of Canada, one child at a time.
