The TFIT Hospitality Pro training courses is an opportunity for black businesses to certify their staff and have 80-100% of the cost covered by COJG, a government grant. Pyramid Education Services, who are the marketing partner of RBT, will work with the registered businesses and apply for the funding with them.

The impact from the 3 day certification seminars will be of great value to your businesses. Establishing successful Customer Service in a business requires commitment from owners, management and staff. Customer Service processes need to be planned, developed and implemented for it to be sustainable and it also involves training and feedback initiatives.
