Working Hours

Bangladesh Time: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Aligned with USA & Canada business hours
Weekend: Saturday & Sunday (North American standard)
Eligibility
Minimum Age: 20 years
Education: O-Level, A-Level, HSC, or Graduation in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role preferred
Freshers are encouraged to apply, especially candidates with O-Level/A-Level backgrounds or excellent spoken English skills
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers in the USA and Canada.
Communicate effectively using provided scripts and guidelines.
Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Promote and sell services/products over the phone.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/database.
Achieve individual and team performance targets.
