We’re excited to introduce something new at Maelström,
The Uncorked Supper Club.
The idea is pretty simple. Once a month, we’re going to put together a special 3–5 course dinner built around a different theme, season or style of food.
We want these evenings to be a chance to get together with friends or family, enjoy a really good meal and maybe try a few new things.
It will be a little bit fancy, because sometimes it’s nice to have an excuse to go out for a beautiful dinner, but definitely not stuffy. Come as you are, bring people you enjoy spending time with, and settle in for the evening.
We will have a speciality w**e pairing option ($20) and w**e available by the glass throughout the evening. However, you certainly don’t have to drink to come to Supper Club. We want this to be about the food, the experience and the people around the table — with w**e there for those who would like it.
Our first Uncorked Supper Club will be October 22nd and will celebrate the harvest season.
Course 1 —
Pumpkin & Apple Bisque
Course 2 —
Warm roasted pear and wild mushrooms
Whipped goat cheese, arugula, candied walnut, pickled shallot & Vidal-honey jelly.
Course 3 —
C***r & Red W**e Braised Beef Short Rib
Parsnip-potato purée, maple-charred carrots & squash, crispy shallots and Maelström w**e jus
Course 4 —
S’Mores Crème Brûlée
