I am so humbled and honoured when I get families that come to me every year. Not only do I get to see them grow, but I get to freeze time every year and watch them in my photos. Whats a great way to beat the heat? Go to the park to play, of coarse! Haha, okay, maybe not.. It was, however, a great way to spend the day!

Impromptu photo shoots are so much fun!! As a little surprise to our mother, I asked my sister to come over to do a trail run on her hair for her graduation.. and then because her hair was so beautiful we had to go out and take pictures, right?

I am so lucky to be able to call this young woman my sister! She's absolutely stunning, and so easy to photograph.. even when we only had a half hour to do it!

Can I say I have the most amazing friend, EVER?! I had the luckiest opportunity to shoot with my fantastic friend Christine of Mainline Photography (go check her out)! Because I'm 20 weeks pregnant myself, I knew a newborn would be tough alone and she was so gratious to come over and help me out. And we had so much fun doing it!! I can't wait to shoot with her again soon! Thank you for everything, Christine. I more than appreciate it.

Wow.. wow.. wow.. What an amazing day at the Enjoy Centre! Beautiful people of all shapes and sizes, gathered around to raise awareness, share their stories, and help raise money to help Breast Cancer Research, today. And we got to take part in it! It was so amazing to see all these beautiful women, and handsome men get their groove on for the cure. We met some amazing fantastic people, and even shared a few tears.

Thank you so much to the coordinator, Lorena! She's so hardworking, and one of the friendliest persons I know. It was an absolute joy to be able to part take with everyone today! Your laughter and smiles are very contagious!

How lucky are we that it's almost the end of October, and we still have absolutely amazing weather, and colours!?!

We are so fortunate to have been able to spend the day with these two amazing people, and their adorable puppy! We had a great time playing in the gorgeous fall leaves and climbing up in the trees! It was a day filled with laughter, and witnessing their love. I am so blessed to have been able to capture it for all to see! Thank you so much, Terri & Daryl! Hello Fall! How honoured and lucky am I to be asked to take pictures of this amazing little family? My gorgeous Aunt, handsome Uncle, and adorable Cousin.

My aunt and I have always been so close, and looking back on our time together, it makes me a little sad that we don't get to have the sleepovers we used to have, and all the times she babysat me. But as I stop and look at all the times we have together now, I also get to see both of our little families grow and it makes me even more joyful and blessed. She isn't just my aunt, she's more my sister.

Alex, your smile hits my heart every time. You are such an amazing little man. We are so blessed to have you three in our lives, and even more so to call you family.
