Wednesdays have us missing our friends from our Wine Not Wednesday adventures.... while we are still mid-summer, we are already looking forward to a new season and lining up some incredible guest speakers and subject matter experts.

Wine Not Wednesdays are kept small, intentionally, for more meaningful connections. We will include a combination of virtual and in-person events for the 2026-2027 season.

Happy Monday morning y'all! 😎

I took a few weeks off of social media as I get the hang of my new rhythms. ICYMI - I accepted a contract with Optima Living (back to senior living!) in the role of Community Relations Coordinator for Edmonton. I am floating between our 9 Edmonton area communities to support community outreach initiatives and where ever they might have some occupancy challenges. I love the work, it is really rewarding. It is just a one year contract at the moment - we will see how it evolves.

Regardless of how my year goes, I am continuing my work at HDC, although I will need to be a bit more strategic and efficient with my time. I have some exceptional clients that I love and I am not prepared to leave. I will also save a small window for project based work as required.

I will need to continue to leverage the support of a team of freelancers - if you are a talented content creator, I would love to hear from you.

We will also be moving forward with a new season of Wine Not Wednesday in the fall, we're having way too much fun to quit now. Stay tuned for speaker applications & updates!
