This might seem simple.
But learning to pause and honestly identify whatโs happening inside us is a skill.
And like any skill, it can be practiced.
For me, this isnโt about always saying the โrightโ thing.
Itโs about creating enough space that Iโm less likely to say the wrong thing from a reactive place.
To pause before the old pattern grabs the microphone.
To notice whatโs happening inside before I hand it the steering wheel.
And to respond in a way that can be of service โ to me, to the person in front of me, and to the greater good of the moment.
