We keep hearing people talk about COVID 19 and how we are living in unprecedented times. What does that mean to us and how do we continue to move forward with clarity and purpose? Many people have shared this concern with me and I am excited to introduce two new coaching packages that will give you an opportunity to focus on living the life you have always wanted.
Each package includes: Two one-on-one coaching sessions (1 hour each) and either Option A or Option B
Option A: Values/Values Wheel
Are you clear on your cores values? Do your current goals align with your values? Do you have clarity and a sense of purpose? Spend time with me to explore your core values and how they align with work, relationships and your personal life.
Option B: Wellness Wheel
What areas are you focusing on in your life? Is there an area that you may be neglecting? What is really important to you and how do you show up? Do you find you have time for others but no time for you? Is your own self-care being overlooked because you have so many things on the go? What strategies could be developed to create a healthy work-life-balance. Spend time with me to explore these wellness areas and develop tools to support you on this journey.
In our coaching sessions, we will systematically work through these areas as you gain more clarity and move intentionally towards the life you have always wanted to live.
