This was a super efficient demo in Sidney, we managed only 3/40yd bins. The existing excavation accounted for about 60% of the excavation required for the new build, therefore we saved on hauling substantially. The builder requested we preserve anything worth keeping! Put aside beautiful true 2x8 lumbers', valuable copper and recycled metals!

Learned from the best. Right there, is my old man and best bud Dave Vidalin. The man just turned 69 and if you think anything has changed it hasn't, this man has taught me you're never too good to get your hands dirty. As a developer of condominiums you don't often see this type of hands on integrity coming out of the hole! Probably my favorite past time is working with dad and ster on the rakes/hoe dialing grade.

Not many do it better 🙃

A few pebbles! Here on the island finding rock is so common. You can tell healthy rock by its color, blue is a tall tale sign it is going to be SOLID! All of these would of had to of been re-drilled and popped again to be turned into workable product.
