True Love 20/20 Vision Consulting Communications Consultant Cathleen Lundgren is the Label Manager for Elbowroom Recordings Ltd., a freelance music consultant and an aspiring writer/actor.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in professional communication and spent most of her career as a music industry professional. Cathleen blended her music and communications knowledge into charitable organization campaigns to increase awareness for Childhood Cancer and our veteran community. As a music business manager at Yaletown Financial Management, music business program development and educator at

the Nimbus School of Recording Arts, artist manager for Mission Management Group and music consultant with True Love 20/20 Vision Consulting, she has worked in the industry since 1999 helping foster the careers of artists and entertainers. Cathleen is a project manager for companies, artists, and events. She mentors entrepreneurs and artists, specializing in supporting women's entrepreneurship as a Business Growth Advisor at the Paro Centre for Women’s Enterprise and through the Women in Music organization.
