I am a House Healer with a background in Holistic Interior Design. We had moved the bed just before I started having sleeping problems!

Terri’s journey began with a foundation in traditional Interior Design, but it was her deepening awareness of how environments affect our energy, health, and emotional well-being that led her to her true calling: Energy Based Design. I've worked in the Design industry for over 20 years specializing in high end residential Interior Design and four years ago began my studies in Holistic Interior Design. Through my studies I learned about Geopathic Stress and Dowsing as a way to locate detrimental energies within a home. There are so many areas of focus within HID that I found Dowsing interesting but didn't really get to far into it. It was only when I had been months with practically no sleep that early one morning while I laid awake, it hit me. I made some quick dowsing rods and bing, bang, boom I found detrimental lines running below where we had placed the bed! I wasn't sure how to remove them at that point so I moved the bed to a spot clear of lines and that night had the BEST sleep!!! Needless to say that ever since I have been officially obsessed!!!!!!

Would you ever use a wasp nest as decor?

Before you throw those old nests away, take a second look! Once they’re abandoned, they can make such an interesting natural piece of decor, the texture, shape and colour are beautiful all on their own.

I love bringing pieces from nature into our home. You don’t always have to buy something new to make a space interesting.

Would you display one in your home?
