My daily work out at 62 years of age.
Yoga and stretches in morning. Followed by lymphatic massaging. Qigong.( grouping of 7 to 9 different moves )
Weight lifting, resistance training every 2nd day ( chest and legs back and rear delts, triceps and biceps
Yoga and martial arts in between days
Before bed , facia exercises , full body reset, recharge internal organs, head , neck and face facia exercises.
Play guitar 30 min, different music styles .
Eat as organic as possible plus magnesium., Billbury supplements , Irish moss , hydrogen supplement, smoothie with greens, fruit , alfalfa powder.
Much more.
These are the times we need to take care and treat our body's, mind, and spirit the best we can.
Most important, appreciate yourself, and listen to your universe within.
