I am working as a project manager for the past 10 years and currently employed full-time.

I hold the PMP certification (project management professional certificate recognized internationally), as well as the ECBA certification (focused on business analysis). Additionally, I am currently training to become a certified black belt Lean Six Sigma project manager. I have worked in the private and public sectors, with a large range of different industries, and with small companies to multina

tionals. The projects I have been responsible of started from 100,000$ to multi-millions dollars projects involving deep and complex transformation. We are launching our first phase of multiple services to come. The first service we want to propose is directed to the public. Then, we will focus on the business industry with services such as IT Strategy planning or Lean-Six Sigma process reengineering.
