Rose Anne van der Heiden started Connect Your Center in 2015, to help others get back in touch with their authentic self; their truth.

“In my own experience, looking for my authentic self has made life so much more blissful. The more I’ve looked into it, the more life and all its ups and downs makes sense. Connecting with it and living from it is truly grounding, elevating and fulfilling in one.”



Getting there is an understanding you already possess basic goodness; it is a matter of letting go all that is not your authentic self and (no longer) serving oneself. It is not a matter of escaping in more future goals; it is a matter of finding fulfillment through appreciating everything in the here and now. The connection with ones center is an ongoing life task, it is a skill that requires finding ease in life’s unpredictability.
