Masters in humility, grit, and genuine connection. The Blue Goose Farm crew are always adapting, learning on the fly, and staying unapologetically true to quality. Last year I had the pleasure of documenting farm life for XTRATUF. What stuck with me most wasn’t just the perfect produce or dreamy morning light, but the ethos behind it all. Zero ego, total dedication to craft, and space for authentic self-expression.

As Keenan put it: “There’s no such thing as a perfect season. There’s always something that’s going to go wrong. Those failures are what I learn the most from.”

You know that feeling, the one where you fall in love with something you already love? The big ole Sea to Sky backyard, gets me every time. Grateful for the friendships (hi Zessel Designs!) and the partnerships (hi Arc’teryx BC!) that continue to ignite, inspire and push me into these incredible places. Happy to be your digital pal for gear reccos - alpine szn is in full force! 💛

Btw, how addicting are maps? Love finding little nuggets of inspo on Outmap and making missions a reality with research. Big fan of getting lost in the app while inspo shopping at home so I’m not lost in the mtns irl :). Speaking of getting lost… it’s a really good time to level up our preparation game while exploring rn with SAR and helicopter resources spread thin with wildfires. Need ideas on how to level up? Rubs’ first airplane ride! It’s not every day that I get to bring Rubble on location as my official production assistant, so taking him out to the dreamy Great Bear Heli Skiing lodge is already a treasured memory. Safe to say he took his job description very seriously while living his absolute best life. Huge thanks to the GBHS crew for welcoming this nontraditional team member and to aaron leyland for documenting Rubs working hard.

Rubble’s official PA duties - he works in house for me but interested in side hustles ;)
Logistics: Finding the perfect location for a dog bed on the boats.
Scouting: Assessing eye-level glacier views.
Safety: Supervising all river crossings.
Public Relations: Networking with the local lodge dogs.
Catering: Conducting emergency quality control on road trip fries that mysteriously landed in the backseat.

Overall, 10/10 employee. Rubs and I are both huge fans of Bella Coola and beyond, and so grateful to have these memories captured ♥️.

When was the last time you checked what’s living in your first aid kit? Expired painkillers? A crushed, useless Band-Aid? No judgies, but here to help thx to a FREE Arc'teryx Academy Squamish event. 🫡 Safety in the backcountry isn’t just about carrying gear so you feel prepared; it’s about knowing why it’s in your bag and making sure it actually aligns with the adventure. Between long days in the middle of nowhere for work and play, plus my formal SAR Medic training, I can confidently say that an off-the-shelf kit rarely cuts it when things actually go sideways. A solid first aid kit is dynamic, it should look very different for a quick evac lap than it does for a multi day. Looking forward to demystifying that with Canadian Outdoor Medical irl at the Arc'teryx Squamish Climbing Academy in a few weeks. We’re breaking down how to curate your kit starting with a nimble foundation to build upon.

It looks like a legacy built by lobster, but it’s so much more than that. After two trips and a few weeks with the Bensons (Benson Seafood), I can honestly say it’s a legacy built by family; five generations of family that is. The Bensons’ values ripple through their business, their community, and their premium products. They graciously educated and welcomed us folks behind the camera into their real lives. From lobster car chats and bumpy boat rides to Sunday dinner with the whole family (photo albums included), it was easy to see the passion, the drive, and the genuine dedication - not only to their product, but to each other, the seafood community, and their island of Grand Manan.

Thx for having me Puget Sound Productions, Bri Dwyer, TOPO Films, Patrick Henry, Jordie Lepage and Benson Fam! Not doubt about it, a very memorable experience from 2025 🤍.

Mountain biking is a three-for-one in my world: a dog walk replacement, a social outing and a dose of adrenaline. Living in the land of gnar MTB culture, it’s easy to feel average when you’re in it for the exercise rather than the clout. But I’m fine with that. Testing out the new Arc'teryx Rhoam bike line by logging maximum hours at a casual pace. Good gear doesn’t care about your trail selection, but good gear does stand up to time in the saddle and after a solid 2 months of riding in exclusively in the new Arc’teryx BC kit I can honestly say it still looks brand new. Swipe for what I love about it.

Exhibit A: The Rhoam jacket in motion. A misleading pan that makes me look at 40% faster than I actually am thx to Spencer Watson. In reality, it’s windproof, breathable, and doesn’t hold onto sweat when you’re working hard to keep up on the social pace.

Exhibit B: Fit as relaxed as I am :).

Exhibit C: The real reason I’m out here. Rubble gets his exercise, I get my social hour, and the Rhoam kit gets a thorough durability test - mossing included.

Exhibit D: The holy grail of design details. A secure leg pocket that actually holds a phone without letting it slap against your thigh while riding or crunch into your hip. Arc'teryx built this for heavy trail hours.

A year later and the “Infinite Coast” images are finally out in the wild as part of ’s Iconic’s campaign! It is always such a treat to collaborate with the DBC crew, experience the wildest corners of this beautiful province we call home, and bank some serious BTS laughs with the team. Massive thanks to for the scheduling and travel gymnastics both before and during production. Looking back, shooting that many locations in such a tight window feels completely unfathomable - but we sure did! & .flyer - you two are absolute masters of your craft, an honor to share camera-holding duties with you. , so grateful for your brand vision, sense of adventure, and humor (including that last-minute bikeabout!).And of course, a huge shoutout to all the individuals, businesses, and organizations that helped us pull this off. From water taxis and floatplanes to the Arc’teryx crew jumping in on wardrobe, park permits, and accommodations - whoaaa! What a collective effort to bring this vision to life. I really, really love good teamwork - grateful for an impeccable team on this one, thx crew! 🤝

Sheryl said to have fun, 🫡 mission accomplished thx to good friends and one heck of a season with ! Another year of exploration, progression, memories and photos enabled by the ultimate access machine 🎀 165 summit x turbo 🎀. I can say with confidence that this has been my favourite machine yet - it is so playful and responsive! Thanks for the opportunity and trust , a dream to continue to work and play with ya 😘. Can’t resist the urge to say that shooting the spring/summer 2026 campaign was a Whaley good time because we litterally saw over 50 humpbacks in one day! What?! I know. It still blows my mind. The Douglas channel is seriously so special, hidden treasures around every corner and just below the waters surface, good thing we had the perfect boots for it all 😘 ! New colourways are live on xtratuf.com including my faves 🎀!
