This is a project of William Short, with a goal of providing small businesses and non-profits in Newfoundland & Labrador -- and beyond -- with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to be successful in a modern business environment.

SMōL?
smol [sm-oh-L] is internet slang meaning: an affectionate way of saying something or someone is small in size.

Based out of St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador, SMōL Business Marketing + Consulting is a new business, positioned to provide a B2B service to other small businesses in the province and across the country.

We will provide a few related services to other small businesses:

1. Management Consulting Services

a. Generally, a full review of the business with a report to follow, recommending ways in which the business can improve its operations, marketing, and financials.

2. Marketing, Branding, and Advertising Support

a. Contracted work to assist the business in developing their brand, finding and focusing on new or targeted markets, and delivering their message to those markets through their online presence (website and social) and various means of advertising (digital, traditional, etc.).

b. This may be follow-up to an initial consultation, or simply a contract for marketing services.

3. Ongoing Client-Specific Management Support

a. Stemming from an initial management consultation, this may include assistance with implementing new systems (ie. booking systems, CRM software, accounting software, etc.).
