creative employee engagement strategies, and professional development training and coaching. Prior to starting her own business Corina worked in both the private and public sector. Corina became tired of the outdated models of leadership and chronic disengagement she witnessed everywhere she worked so in 2014 she left her cubicle behind and founded Shift People Development - a purpose-based business with a mission to transform disengaged workplaces into thriving, engaging enterprises where all employees can reach their true potential.
