Fresh veg, herbs, cider, wine, apple cider vinegar and more!

New legislative change is allowing us to finally sell our locally made cider and wine in a farmers market setting. This has been a long time coming and something we've advocated for since our inception in 2021. Glad to finally get the chance to sell 100% locally farmed and foraged beverage in a local setting this Saturday.

Concord Pet Nat
100% Carbonic Maceration
8.2% ABV / 750ml

Our second vintage of Newfoundland's Concord Wine produced with grapes from Vardy's Vineyard out of Upper Gullies. We decided to go with full carbonic maceration on this vintage to help manage the foxiness and acidity of the Concord. Brings us a more balanced youthful wine this year, and a boost to the fruity flavors of the Concord.

Floral nose, fresh honey on the palate - deep earthy notes on the middle and oaked chardonnay finish. This mead is still somewhat young but will age well over the next 5+ years!

Maple syrup wine? Yes we did. We were originally calling this an Acerglyn but without any honey addition we guess it's not quite so. We added blueberry and a small amount of crabpple to blend. Excellent for the cozy winter season upon us. Wild fermented and zero added sulphites. All sourced from the island we always!

Single varietal Williams Pride from Jeffords Orchard in Kelligrews. Zero added sulphites.

Our 4th vintage of this cider and perhaps the greatest vintage yet! A cider that is very much alive, electricity at the end of the sip!

In Heaven is back and just in time for Christmas supper. This is our sparkling blueberry wine with zero added sugar - it's literally just blueberries. True bay wine - it's dry, tannic and lots of body.

Sometimes the weather makes it difficult to get off our island in the Atlantic. We nearly missed this event but everything worked out in the end! Incredible afternoon and evening at plus great hospitality from .ottawa for the after-party!

We are sticking around in town for a few days to unwind and drink more wine, then back home again to tie up harvest.
