YWCA St. John's is excited to welcome back Cole Kippenhuck as one of our guest facilitators for LEAD 2026!

Cole Kippenhuck (they/them) is a Two Spirit Inuk Labradorian with 25 years in the community sector and owner of Crow Kinship Consulting. In this workshop, Cole will invite the group to explore how we live out our values in everyday life, enrich our relationships, and open ourselves up to new experiences.

LEAD is a 5-day YWCA leadership program for young women and gender-diverse youth, ages 15-18.

💫Dates: July 20-24, 2026
💫Open to: Young women and gender-diverse youth (e.g. nonbinary, trans, 2S, genderfluid...), ages 15-18
💫Location: YWCA office, downtown St. John's

Funded by Canadian Q***r Chamber of Commerce (CQCC), designed by UpSkill Designs, and developed by Quadrangle’s Entrepreneurship Training Program (ETP) team, QuERI, or Quadrangle’s Entrepreneurship Resource Index was created to uplift q***r and trans entrepreneurs in Newfoundland and Labrador by connecting current and potential business owners with the resources they need to grow and fund their venture.
