Our thoughts are with everyone affected by Hurricane Isaias along the U.S. Gulf Coast.

It’s great to see our fellow PuroClean teams south of the border preparing their disaster response resources to help communities recover.

Here at home, PuroClean Restoration Avalon is proudly locally owned and operated in Newfoundland & Labrador. While we may operate in different countries, we share the same commitment to helping people and communities recover when disaster strikes.

Wishing everyone affected a safe and speedy recovery. 🇨🇦❤️

There’s no better way to spend a Saturday night!

Our owner, Taigh, was in organizing the warehouse after another busy day when we had a special visitor stop by PuroClean for a little behind-the-scenes tour — checking out some of our restoration equipment and learning about how our team helps people every day.

He’s already got the PuroClean shirt — just a few more years before he can officially join the team! 👋

Even on a Saturday night, there’s always something happening behind the scenes to make sure our crews and equipment are ready when you need us.

A great week for PuroClean Restoration Avalon at the National CHES Conference!

We kicked things off Sunday by entering a team in the CHES Golf Tournament, followed by two great days Monday and Tuesday as a conference vendor. Our owner, Taigh Flynn, was joined by Maria from PuroClean Canada, VP of Business Development, connecting with healthcare professionals and industry partners from across Canada.

As our commercial division continues to grow, we’re proud to be strengthening PuroClean’s presence in healthcare and commercial restoration. From water and fire damage to mould, asbestos abatement, construction hoarding and infection-control containment, we’re continuing to build the capabilities and knowledge needed to work safely and effectively in active healthcare environments.

And the week isn’t over yet! Wednesday and Thursday, PuroClean will be represented at the Canadian Healthcare Construction Course (CanHCC) for two more days of specialized training covering infection control, healthcare construction, building and fire codes, mechanical and electrical systems, emergency preparedness, risk management and more.

For us, CHES isn’t just about exhibiting — it’s about building relationships, investing in training and continuing to strengthen our understanding of the unique requirements of healthcare facilities and IPAC standards.

A great week overall, and another step forward for PuroClean Restoration Avalon! 🇨🇦🏥
