Under these new programs, caregivers will receive permanent residence upon arrival in Canada!

Plus, they'll have the opportunity to work for organizations providing temporary or part-time care, ensuring more flexible and reliable employment options.

Interested in joining Canada's home care sector? Here's what you need to know:

- Minimum CLB level 4
- Equivalent of a Canadian high school diploma
- Recent, relevant work experience
- Offer for a full-time home care job
