Ken Organ is the Managing Director of AES Inc. Ken is a non-status Mi’kmaw and has been involved in supporting ASETS service providers since 2004 through his work with Accountability and Resource Management System (ARMS).

Ken has been evaluating and collecting labour market programming information for Indigenous populations and managing data collection both on and off reserve for the past 15 years. Ken’s strength lies in his ability to bridge the gap between qualitative and quantitative research and clearly articulate findings and their implications for the client.

Annie Randell is the President and Finance Director of AES Inc. A member of Qalipu Mi’kmaq First Nation, Annie has considerable background in all facets of service delivery to Indigenous communities.

Over the past two decades, Annie has effectively and efficiently delivered and designed program and service implementation to Indigenous communities. As a member of the Negotiation Team to form Qalipu Band, Annie has vast experience in interpreting law, legislation, and policy. This experience has allowed her to manage risk, be accountable to funding agencies and membership, and successfully lead projects and organizations.
