✨ Le corps réagit lorsqu'on lui donne l'occasion de se libérer. ✨

Cette séance comprenait des étirements, de la mobilisation, un travail sur les fascias, du drainage lymphatique, du Reiki ainsi qu'un réalignement des chakras.

La rougeur visible est une réponse naturelle du corps à un travail ciblé dans une zone qui retenait beaucoup de tension et de restrictions. En travaillant à la fois sur les plans physiques et énergétiques, le corps a commencé à s'adoucir, à relâcher et à retrouver son alignement.

Je crois que la guérison ne se limite pas au physique : elle est aussi émotionnelle, énergétique et profondément personnelle. Lorsque nous permettons au corps de se libérer de ce qu'il porte, des transformations remarquables peuvent se produire.

This client's session included stretching, mobilization, fascia work, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, and chakra realignment.

The redness you see is a natural response to focused bodywork in an area that was holding significant tension and restriction. As we worked through the physical layers and supported energetic balance, the body began to soften, release, and realign.

I believe healing isn't just physical—it's emotional, energetic, and deeply personal. When we create space for the body to let go of what it's been carrying, remarkable shifts can happen.

Tension & Pain: What Your Body Is Trying to Tell You

Pain and muscle tension are not just random annoyances. They are your body’s way of waving a little flag and saying, “Hey, I need some attention.”

❤️ Let's Get Active Without Feeling Like We're Working Out ❤️

Who says exercise has to mean a gym membership, fancy equipment, or an hour of suffering on a treadmill?

Some of the best movement happens while we're simply having fun with our kids.

🚶‍♀️ Family Walks
Start with 15-20 minutes, 3-4 times per week.
Once that feels easy, add 5 minutes every week until you're comfortably walking 30-45 minutes.

🐕 Walk the Dog
Let your furry personal trainer hold you accountable! Even a quick 20-minute walk can boost energy, improve mood, and reduce stress.

🚲 Family Bike Rides
Aim for 20-30 minutes at a comfortable pace. Focus on exploring rather than distance.

🕺 Dance Party in the Living Room
Put on your favourite songs and dance for 10-15 minutes. Bonus points if the kids think Mom and Dad are embarrassing.
