Meet Adrien and Alex. An incredible set of IP’s based in Los Angeles! They’ve been married for over 6 years, together over 9. Their family consists of their fur babies Shibas, Niko and Soba, they’re all very excited to begin this next chapter.
Our road to becoming dads.
We began trying to build our family in 2022.
That year, we created e mbryos in Canada and started the process of finding a
surrogate who could help us become dads. We knew surrogacy could take time,
but we never imagined quite how long or how complicated the road ahead
would become.
After a long wait, we we’re fortunate to match with a surrogate and begin our
journey. Reaching our first embryo transfer felt enormous. That transfer was
unsuccessful, but we tried again. This time, we got the news we had been hoping
for for years: we we’re pregnant.
For the first time, becoming dads no longer felt like a distant plan. We watched
the pregnancy progress, saw our baby on ultrasounds, heard a strong heartbeat,
and started allowing ourselves to imagine the life that was finally beginning.
Then, very unexpectedly, our journey ended.
It has been difficult to put into words what it feels like to spend years working
to ward becoming parents, finally believe your child is on the way, and suddenly
find yourself starting over. But through everything that has happened, one thing
has never changed: how deeply we want to be dads. And so, with a lot of hope,
we’re moving forward again.
Finding a surrogate is now the first step in this new chapter, which makes the
person who chooses to help us an incredibly meaning ful part of our story.
We know surrogacy asks a great deal of someone, and we don’t take that
generosity lightly.
After everything it has taken to reach this point, the possibility that someone
might choose to help us move forward means more to us than we can
really express.
We hope the rest of these pages give you a glimpse into who we are, the life we’ve
built together, and the family we’re still so hopeful we’ll have the chance to create.
