Booking a session: All sessions must be prepaid (for your protection and mine), and will be confirmed once payment has been received and processed. Contact me at [email protected]. I will send you an invoice. Confirmation email will be sent once payment has been received and processed. Payment: Email transfer (preferred) or paypal invoice if using credit card. All sessions are confidential and offered in a quiet, private, and safe environment conducive to healing. Free ½ hour consultations for new clients. Please take advantage of this if you are a new client. These consultations will answer any general questions you may have regarding the sessions (these are not coaching phone calls) and allow us the opportunity to see if we connect before we go any further. All sessions are intuitive based – the goal being to provide you with tools (maybe a bit of homework) you can build on and use to change your own life.
1 – 2 hour life coaching sessions: $80.00/hour. These sessions can be focused on a particular issue, or broad in the sense of bring into your awareness beliefs and behaviors that are not working for you. Again the end goal is to provide you with insight, a different perception and tools to change.
1 hour Angel Card Readings: $80.00/session. Just as they sound these readings are performed using angel cards and provide insight and guidance for your life.
2 hour focused sessions: $150.00/session. I offer 3 different topic focused sessions. Belief System: Every choice we make is based on a belief we carry. Our beliefs are formed in childhood and have been passed down to us by various people throughout our lives. Unfortunately what happens is these beliefs are not our own and are effective at keeping us stuck, create unrest and are the starting point for all the choices we make. Most of our beliefs are unconscious and learning to identify by becoming aware of them along with associated behaviors opens your life to healing in all areas. These sessions will teach you:
How to become aware of your unconscious beliefs
How to identify if they are yours or taught to you by someone else
Let go of any that are not yours or do not serve you
Forgiveness: There is a lot of confusion out there when it comes to forgiveness. Choosing to forgive is freeing, if it is authentic, choosing not to forgive keeps you in the energy of the victim. Forgiveness is for us, it releases us from any anger, bitterness or judgment and brings peace to our life. In no way does forgiveness condone what was done, and it does not mean you have to have lunch with the person. These sessions will teach you:
The meaning of forgiveness
How to determine if your forgiveness is authentic, surface or lip service
How to delve into why it is hard for you to forgive or why you don’t want to
To let go and the benefits of letting go
Law of Attraction: If you feel have invoked the law of attraction but are not receiving what you are asking for, these sessions are for you. Many people view the LOA as an instant gratification process, which it isn’t. Invoking the law of attraction and seeing results from it requires you to take some action, remove negativity from your life, determine any underlying beliefs or feelings that may be blocking what you are trying to manifest, and a few other steps. These sessions will teach you the steps you need to take before you even ask for what you want, and what to do after you ask. You will recognize where you are blocking what you are trying to manifest and can take steps to change it.
1 hour Aura Clearing and Chakra Balancing: $80.00/session. These sessions are offered only 1 or 2 Wednesdays a month. Working with your aura and chakras
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled 48 hours prior to appointment time - full refund or transfer to another appointment date (one transfer only)
If cancelled 24 hours and under prior to appointment time - no refund, can be used for rebooked appointment. If second appointment is cancelled - no refund and no transfer to another appointment date.
