This build reflects MGM’s commitment to precision, craftsmanship and seamless ex*****on from fabrication through to final installation.

At site, our team installed Alumicor 2600 Series frames featuring a black on clear anodized exterior finish paired with two-tone T400A double doors. The doors were completed with black anodized exterior ladder pulls, clear anodized interior pulls, and Record automatics. A brilliant combination of both performance and a refined aesthetic to the entry system.

In addition, Alumicor 1800 Series flushglaze frames were installed with clear anodized finishes, complemented by 400A double doors with push/pull hardware and integrated Record automatics.

All our insulated glass units consisted of 6mm Low-E on clear tempered glass, manufactured, supplied, and installed by MGM, ensuring full quality control and consistency across the system.

This project highlights the strength of MGM’s vertically integrated approach: delivering speed, reliability, and attention to detail at every stage. By controlling the process end to end, we’re able to meet demanding timelines without compromising on quality.

A strong finish by our installation team, whose focus and ex*****on continue to set the standard on site.
