Hi, I’m Lacey Frizzell—the founder of Frizzell Business Consulting. 👋

I grew up in Central Ontario on a beef backgrounding operation, where I learned early that hard work, preparation, and keeping good records aren’t just good habits—they’re the foundation of success. My family also operates a livestock hauling business, so agriculture has always been at the heart of who I am.

Today, my husband and I are raising our two young children on our 1,400-acres Eastern Ontario. We cash crop and have a backgrounding to finish feedlot. Between the demands of family life, farming, and a career, I understand firsthand how quickly paperwork, finances, and everyday responsibilities can become overwhelming.

For the past 15 years, I’ve built my career in commercial banking, helping business owners navigate financial decisions, understand their numbers, and plan for the future. Throughout that journey, one thing became clear: people don’t just need information—they need organization, clarity, and someone who genuinely cares.

Frizzell Business Consulting was born from a deeply personal experience. After losing my mom, I witnessed how grief is often accompanied by uncertainty and chaos when important information isn’t organized. I knew there had to be a better way.

Today, my mission is simple: to help individuals, families, farmers, and business owners bring order to life’s important details so they can face the future with confidence.
