Please clap for me — it’s my 10th business birthday today! 🎉
As I was outgrowing the retail world 10 years ago, I really wanted to work from home so I could be more available to my two kids, do work I enjoyed, and have more flexibility with my work schedule.
I’m thrilled to report that I’ve achieved great success with this — even though my kids don’t need me as much as they once did, I can’t believe I still get to do this!
One unexpected benefit has been meeting and working with so many great individuals and supporting them with their businesses. I’ve learned about so many industries and people throughout my journey. It’s truly awesome to have all this knowledge and experience.
Do I have it all figured out? No.
Will I ever have it all figured out? Also no.
But I love knowing that there’s always more to learn, and more wonderful people I’ll meet in the future.
If we’ve met for coffee, in a networking meeting, or worked together at any point, please know that I’m grateful to have met you.
I also look forward to supporting all the clients I haven’t met yet!
