The best part of this launch... getting to show just how amazing Stony Plain Childcare place is.

This project started right at my kitchen table (like most of them do), we put our heads together and created a fun, modern & professional website to highlight the care and attention that goes towards the incredible little people that attend this daycare.

This is a place where kids get to be themselves, where creativity is encouraged and where friendships are made. I can't imagine a better place for kids to be kids 💕

For me I love incorporating real pictures of the space, and I can't resist including a few custom icons, it's kinda my thing.

Hey there, I’m Katie! 👋 I design simple, thoughtful websites for women entrepreneurs who want their online space to feel like them and help the right people connect.
I believe every woman’s business has a story worth sharing, and your website should help tell it clearly. I’m on a mission to help you show up online feeling like the confident CEO you are, with a life-first approach where you fearlessly go after your wildest dreams (and actually have fun doing it!).

If you’re new around here, a quick intro:

✨ I'm a mom to three littles turned entrepreneur in 2021—so I truly know the juggle of business, motherhood, and finding "me time" in the middle of it all.

✨ I graduated with a BA in Social Anthropology, which is probably why my absolute passion lives in sharing women's stories.

✨ I am on a personal journey of radical self-care and self-love.

✨ My FAVOURITE food is 🥪 literally all types. I've never met a sandwich I didn't love.

But here is the most important thing you need to know about this space: I don't want you to just follow a page; I want you to be part of a community. A movement where women are redefining what it means to be a woman, a mother and an entrepreneur.

Building a business feels lonely, but it doesn't have to be. I’ve created a community where women come together to support each other, share resources, validate each other's journeys, and celebrate without judgment.

8 years ago I received the best promotion. I became mom to the incredibly silly scientist that fills my heart up with pride each and every day.

It was one day over lunch that he told me about a YouTuber who had a channel about different pets or maybe it was Mario tutorials (both of which he loves to watch).

I still remember the way that he looked me right in the eye and said with such certainty "mom, if he can do it, why can't I do it too."

In that moment I couldn't help but smile. Ever since our conversation, I continue to think about the power of sharing our stories - the good, the hard, the "I almost quit" moments and see that going after our dreams is a process. That it's ok to slow down and let things evolve. To see that we're not failing if it takes longer to reach, if it doesn't happen in 3 months, 6 months, maybe even 5 years.

Missions with impact often start small, with an idea for something more, and the determination to keep moving forward, the learn to ask for help and to dive into deep healing and personal growth.

Yes my son, you are going to do it and I am going to be here every step of the way. I'll walk before you in pursuit of my own dreams and should you always know that no matter what happens, I will always love and believe in you 💛
