Travis began his DJ career over 10 years ago in high school playing music for school dances, house parties, and buck and doe’s. Throughout the years he has worked for several different companies in the entertainment industry. Since 2005, Travis has been doing almost exclusively Weddings, Buck & Doe’s, as well as fundraisers and corporate functions. His skill in beat mixing and entertaining the crowd will ensure that your event is an overwhelming success. He can also keep your guests entertained as he is an accomplished Emcee. His skill in keeping things light, but on time will help your event run smoothly. Travis studied at the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology in 2005-2006 & obtained an honours technical diploma in Audio Engineering. His knowledge and experience in live sound will also make sure even the most discerning ear in your audience is pleased! With Main Event's success grew its demand, and Travis was no longer able to handle the volume of event requests, prompting him to add Alex to the team in January 2013. Alex's background in Radio DJing was the start of his path to becoming a mobile Wedding DJ. Joining Main Event in 2013 allowed him to explore part of the industry he had so far left untapped. His success came very quick, and has developed a lot of referral events where he quickly becomes a crowd favourite.
