Busy Monday on site today in Port Stanley! The prep continues, rotten structure on decks in being replaced as well as new rubber membranes! We are hammering down on the prep and house wrap to ensure we have a water tight seal before we install in the next few days!

The rear of this block was quite tricky to strip off existing materials! We have had 2 layers of siding (vinyl and wood) , strapping and rotten plywood!

The crew has done an excellent job of strip and prep! Everything fixed accordingly, clean and tidy demo, tightly wrapped tyvek and seams all taped up! Now the fun starts! 👌🏻

Will be installing the same colours; yellow and red, but all brand new steel board and batten! This is going to look amazing!

Less than 2 weeks in Port Stanley and the crew has been killing it with the strip and prep! Began siding the lowers today and it is starting to really take shape!

We are removing all old siding, aluminum, flashings, installing new sheathing, tyvek house wrap, capping, flashings and steel board and batten siding!
