If you have pex pipe exposed to sunlight it will degrade the pipe over time. I see this all the time, the pipe simply explodes it’s so brittle. You can see where it was wrapped with electrical tape. All but the part that blew up.
Call me if you have this outside your home and want avoid a flood!

Just dropping a note on my page to let my clients know that, as soon as the weather warms up enough, I will be starting up systems.
Of course with the social distancing rules I will be keeping at least 6 feet from everyone.
Thankfully, most of my work is done outside and by myself. I will need clients to turn on their water when it is time and if I need to come into the house, we can make special arrangements.
I will carry masks and gloves with me, as well as hand sanitizer for my safety and yours.
If anyone has any questions, contact me. We can do this.

To all of you who have old steel or galvanized pipe fittings in you home plumbing or irrigation.
If you are having problems with pressure or flow, this is probably why. I see this a lot.
This galvanized pipe ni**le came off of water storage tank.
Just rust and corrosion building up over time.

It’s that time of year, when I get a bunch of people asking me if they can turn on their irrigation system.
I still think the overnight temperatures are too cold, and I know the ground is still frozen, Albeit be at 6 to 7 inches or more down.
My advice, let’s wait until after Easter. Any questions feel free to contact me.
