You’d have to see it with your own eyes to believe this stuff rolling out of a recycling facility. After the tedious separating, weighing, washing, cutting, shredding, grinding, and granulating, Sturgeon Plastics is still pumping out over fifty tons of clean, reusable HDPE every single month. Washed HDPE regrind produced from post-consumer and automotive plastic containers, including oil jugs, pails, buckets, drums, and totes. Material has been processed through shredding, grinding, and washing to remove contaminants, resulting in a clean and consistent feedstock. Available in bulk quantities, stored in jumbo sacks and hopper bottom bins, and ready for immediate shipment.

After organizing, removing debris, shredding, granulating, washing, drying & inspecting, these pails were transformed into reusable clean flake plastic. (Pelletized material is also available)

All plastic we collect is brought to our Alberta-based facility and is processed into recycled raw material. None of it is incinerated, and none of it ends up the landfill. Many “recycling” services can’t promise that.

You would have to see it with your own eyes to believe this stuff rolled out of a recycling facility! Containing oils, papers, resins, steels....you name it, it'll be found inside an old stack of pails. Through all the tedious steps ---- separating, weighing, washing, cutting, shredding, grinding, granulating, etc ------- Sturgeon Plastics is still pumping out 50+/- tons of clean reusable plastic each month!!! For the past while Sturgeon Plastics has been working to broaden our horizons and expand into other markets of plastics, we can recycle most, if not all plastic that makes it to our facility.
