I just had the best Christmas Eve and Christmas Morning with my daughters before sending them off to their dads home for a few days!

I hope everyone who follows me, near and far, was able to find something this season to be grateful for. It has been a very hard year for so many and I am so happy to have ended up where I am. I know I have a big yesr ahead with more changes and growth. But that's what life is all about. Making the best of those shifts.

I am missing this so much right now. I went on some of the best hikes of my life last summer and felt extremely connected to the earth. I struggle to find that same connection in the winter months. What are some ways you stay grounded and in tune with nature when it's cold and snowy ??
