Getting a few calls these days for underground fuel storage tank (UST) removals in the area. We work with third party independent contractors to excavate and expose the tanks, remove any oil from inside and sample the soils in the area of the tank (4 side walls and 1 base). The soil samples are shipped to labs in Kelowna or Vancouver, analyzed for hydrocarbons and a report is prepared on the results. Contaminated or not, we will work with you to get a clean bill of health on your property so you can move forward with your project!

Undertaking Environmental Monitoring for large residential developments in Penticton. Here we had Snake fencing in place in protected areas designed prior to construction. These fences attempt to minimize human and snake interactions while providing safe areas for wildlife passage.
