We have moved and rebranded! We are now located at 105 Walker Ave in Summerside under the name White Oak Cellars. To better accommodate customers, we have built a much more spacious store designed exactly the way we wanted in order to provide premium service to our customers! Even if you've never brewed your own wine and/or beer, we welcome you to take a peek around! Someone is always available to

answer any questions you may have about brewing at home or taking advantage of our Brew on Premise services! Brewing on Premises can save wine enthusiasts time and money. With a wide selection of wine varieties, White Oak Cellars can offer liquor store quality wine at a fraction of the price! The process is simple. The customer picks out a wine they would like to make and starts the process with staff right away. Customers are required to place the ingredients in the primary fermentor on their first visit. The next step for customers occurs after all fermenting, racking and filtering is complete. We contact the costumer and set up a bottling appointment. When we have worked out a date and time that works for the customer, they come in to have their wine bottled with the use of an automated bottle filler, corker and shrink machine; the customer can bottle their wine within half and hour. There is a fee that includes corks, shrinks, labels, equipment rental, filtered water, labor, and use of the bottle washer. (Which can wash 30 wine bottles in 4 minutes) that we charge at the time of purchase. This is a great service for those intimidated by the wine-making process and/or don’t have the room or time. In this troubling economy brew on premise can be a great way to save money while still getting great quality wine.

Right now until January 13th, if you put 2 batches of wine on you will only pay 1 service fee. Thats a savings of 55 dollars!!!🤩

Starting today until January 16, we have our 2 for 1 sale for Brew on premise. Come in and put down 2 wine kits and only pay 1 service fee. That's a savings of $50 dollars!!!🤩
This is a great way to fill that wine rack back up!
