Quick Update on Online Auction Wins

If you win an item online, you will be automatically invoiced. The invoice will appear as “ready to view” in your Live Auction account. You will receive:
• One copy by email
• One copy when you pick up your items
• One copy available in your online account
Important Note: Customers with .ca email addresses have not been receiving their invoices over the past few sessions. We have contacted Live Auction World about this issue, but they have not yet provided a fix.
If you have a Shaw email, we strongly recommend updating your account email to a Hotmail, Outlook, or Gmail address to ensure you receive all communications and invoices.

All items must be picked up by Wednesday; No items are stored past Weds/items are not stored or held from one auction period to the next.
(Offices are closed Thurs-Sun/no weekend pickups).

*Staff does not do car carryouts - please bring your own help if you know you've won a large amount of items/heavy goods.*

Upon pickup please park on opposite side of our building against brick wall/please respect our neighbouring businesses no parking signs.

I don’t want to toot our horn or anything but we have HUNDREDS OF ITEMS this general auction JAM PACKED WOTH VALUE, we’re talking like most of these things are $80-$200 a PIECE.

Who else is watching out for the $130 red light lamps or the $300+ Inokraft Pro paint gun ? I know I got my eye on it for sure! 👁️
