Friendly tip 😁:
Did you know, that when your fridge has the blinking light “replace water filter” it doesn’t actually mean you have to replace it?

Water filters are expensive, they can range from $60 to $90 dollars. It is not necessary to replace your water filter just because the alarm goes off every 6 months. 6 months is actually not a lot time to collect particles that block and contaminate your filter. It usually takes a year to get to the point where the water will start to dispense significantly slower, meaning that the filter is getting clogged with particles, and that is when you should replace your water filter! 👍

That’s because the air guide in your dishwasher is clogged. Cleaning out your dishwasher can be a lot of work! I will clear out the spray arms, the air guide and filter for just $80!

Reminder!

If you have a dryer in a small closet, make sure the closet door is partly open for air flow to prevent overheating the thermostat.

Have you manually drained your front loader recently?

Sand, dirt, hair and lint accumulates and then sinks to the bottom in the washer and destroys the drain pump.

Manual Draining is simple:

Have a bucket and a small hand towel.

Remove cap from black tube and water will flow out into the bucket. (There is roughly 2 buckets worth of water remaining in the system at all times)

Once no more water flows out of the tube, put the hand towel below the filter. Unscrew the filter and clean out.

Carefully screw the filter back in hand tight.

Repeat every 2 to 4 months
