Genuine question we got recently: "What does a business coach actually do?"

Good morning happened in that room today.

MasterMIND sessions are hard to explain until you have been in one. You show up with your guard up a little because that is just what business owners do. And then someone says the real thing. The thing they have actually been dealing with. And the whole energy shifts.

This morning was exactly that.

People talked about the decisions they have been sitting on. The team dynamics that are quietly draining them. The gap between where the revenue is and where they know it could be. Real stuff. No sugarcoating.
