Today the entire BC Romanian Canadian Chamber of Commerce community comes together to celebrate the birthday of our co-founder and President, Alex Doaga.

An entrepreneur to his core — CEO of Westgate Technologies Inc. and founder of RoboTools — Alex has built his career at the intersection of technology, innovation, and industrial automation. That same vision and energy helped bring BCRCCC to life and continues to shape everything we do.

His leadership recently reached a major milestone: a strategic partnership with ARICE (the Romanian Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade) and Romania's Ministry of Economy, securing BCRCCC's role in an upcoming Romania–Canada Trade Mission to British Columbia in 2027. It's a landmark step in deepening economic ties between our two countries — and a reflection of Alex's dedication to this community.
